Axon Enterprise, Inc, is a global public safety technology leader headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. Focusing on transforming public safety with technology, Axon is building the public safety operating system of the future by integrating a suite of hardware devices and cloud software solutions that lead modern policing.

Axon’s global customer base includes first responders across international, federal, state, and local law enforcement, fire, corrections, and emergency medical services, as well as the justice sector, commercial enterprises, and consumers.

Bearing Advisors provides advisory services to Axon to assist their efforts to engage public officials in a discussion of public safety and what measures can be taken to create a safer and more transparent approach to police interactions with the public.

Bearing’s efforts primarily involve utilizing its knowledge, experience, and relationships with local government officials and national and state government associations to assist Axon in creating discussion opportunities. By assisting Axon in becoming a National League of Cities’ (NLC) Capstone Partner, Axon has had the opportunity to engage with NLC leadership, member councils, federal advocacy committees, and constituency groups.

The Bearing Team also provides Axon with feedback and recommendations on how they can strengthen their relationships with local elected leaders, state municipal leaders, and the staff of NLC and state municipal leagues to establish themselves as a thought leader and resource for cities in the area of public safety technology.
